March 8 - Jesus early ministry (Sermon on the Mount)
Jesus’ sermon on the mount is today’s reading - Matthew 5-7.
Oh boy, there is so much here. I guess I’ll just let the discussion questions and comments come up as they occur to each of us. One suggestion: read in the light of who you already are in Christ. Read in the spirit of already living in God’s grace. That will help from confusing these teachings with a way to find blessing or favor with God. These are things that you as a forgiven child of God have and will grow in.
