The spiritual conversation isn't unfamiliar: "Pastor, just when I'm getting really tired, God gives me this."  Been there.  And for sure I know what's it's like to be floored by what God does when we're tired, weak, and weary.

Those early disciples did, too.  In so many ways.  They were so tired . . . and God, in his grace, gave them this!  Stunning grace.  Heart of compassion.  Strength for the day.  And, as we get to witness his fuller glory, he gives us that, too . . . until we get to witness his fullest glory.  In heaven.  As promised.
